Mark E. Stuckey serves as the Owasso Fire Department’s Administration Chief. Chief Stuckey entered into service with the department as a firefighter in 1984. His current responsibilities include the management of projects, budgeting, grant administration, and various business aspects of the department. During his tenure Chief Stuckey has received certification to the Fire Officer IV, Instructor III, Inspector II, and the Hazardous Materials Incident Commander levels. He served with the Oklahoma Air National Guard for twenty seven years. During his career he held the position of Fire Chief for the 138th Fighter Wing in Tulsa and promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He retired from military service in March of 2011. Chief Stuckey has been involved with Oklahoma State University Fire Service Training as a field instructor since 1995. He instructs fire officer and hazardous materials courses throughout the State of Oklahoma. He also conducts evaluations to certify students to various knowledge and skill levels. He is a current member of many organizations to include; Oklahoma State Firefighters Association, Oklahoma Fire Chiefs Association, Fire Service Instructors of Oklahoma, and International Association of Firefighters.
