15. The Animal Shelter is open Monday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are located at 500 S Main Street. Our number is 918-272-4965, or you may call the non-emergency number for the Owasso Police Department at 918-272-2244. We also post images and information on found animals on the Animal Shelter Facebook page.
