Application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. The Owasso Harvest Festival reserves the right to limit the number of applicants for any one type of items and reserves the right to change or substitute spaces. Acceptance of your application does not constitute exclusivity, although we will make every effort not to have duplicate food items from various vendors.
When: Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Vendors must be open for business 11am-4pm, no exceptions. (Food Vendors must arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. and be fully set up, no later than 10:00 a.m.)
Where: Redbud Festival Park: 109 N. Main, Owasso OK 74055
Food Truck Space: Food Vendor space is limited. Spots will be filled on a first come first served basis
*Electricity is limited, and will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
*Water will NOT be provided.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and cleaning their space after the event. Food vendors must dispose of trash in poly carts. The City of Owasso is not liable for any damages.
Cost: Entry fee is $50.00 and must be post marked by Friday, September 29, 2023.
Confirmations will be emailed. Vendor line-up will be based on first to arrive on the day of the event.
