Owasso’s Waggin’ Trail Dog Park sits on 8 acres of beautiful land, 3 of which are the fenced in Large and Small Dog park areas.

Amenities include: Fenced in, separate, large and small dog areas, large double gated entrance and exit, holding pens, benches, trees, leash posts, watering stations and waste removal stations.

WINTERIZING THE DOG PARK: During the winter, the Parks Department will winterize the Dog Park by turning off the water to the watering stations to prevent the water lines from freezing and being damaged. During the Months of November - March, please bring water and a bowl for your pet.


Tuesday - Sunday (Closed on Mondays for maintenance)


  • Small dog park area is designated for dogs 30 lbs. or less.
  • Dogs must be leashed except in designated "off-leash" areas.
  • Dogs must be supervised by a responsible party.
  • Dogs must have current vaccinations.
  • Dogs must wear a collar.
  • Limit of two dogs per responsible party.
  • Responsible party must dispose of any waste and immediately fill dug holes.
  • No infants permitted and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Aggressive dogs, dogs in heat and puppies under 4 months are not permitted.
  • Dogs must be removed at the first sign of dangerous behavior.
  • Smoking, food, drinks, glass containers, dog treats and toys are prohibited.
  • Dog trainers must obtain permit issued by City of Owasso to conduct training classes.
  • Visitors assume all risk and liability related to the use of the dog park.
  • Owasso Police Dept. and Animal Control are authorized to enforce all rules.
