Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
Reservations may be made between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM
- One -Time rental reservations may be made no more than 3 months in advance.
- Recurring rental agreements may be made up to 6 months in advance scheduling.
- Administrative fee(s) and hourly rental fee(s) are required to reserve a room for your event. The administrative fee is refunded following your event.
- Set up time will be included in your reservation request.
