We currently have several different payment options: You can pay by debit or credit card with no processing fees by calling 918-376-1520 or 918-376-1521. You can mail your payment to: P.O. Box 180 Owasso, OK 74055 You can pay in person by bringing your payment to our office at: 200 S Main Owasso, OK 74055 We also have a drop box you can put your payment in located in the west parking lot. You can also pay your bill online with the PSN payment system. Click here for information. You can sign up for the City of Owasso's automatic payment withdrawal program. We require a completed and signed contract for service, 2 forms of ID, and proof of ownership or valid lease agreement. A $75 deposit for residential customers that own their home and a $125 deposit for residents renting. For commercial customers, a $125 deposit is required. There is a non-refundable service initiation fee of $10 for all new or transferred service.
