Yardwaste collection by the City of Owasso Refuse Division is coming to an end for the 2014 season. The last day for regularly scheduled yardwaste pick-up will be Friday, November 14, 2014. After that date, you may mix your yardwaste in with your regular refuse. Please do not exceed the allotted "one polycart and three bags" as per the rules and regulations.
