The City of Owasso will re-open City playgrounds, Rayola splash pad, and City Park shelters on Friday, May 15th.
We recommend for your safety and mutual enjoyment of the parks, that you continue to practice social distancing with all who are outside your immediate family. Out of respect for others, please exercise all applicable precautions against virus spread.
