The Owasso Pet Festival is an annual pet adoption and wellness event held in October to celebrate 'Adopt A Shelter Dog' month and to bring awareness to the number of wonderful pets that are available for adoption from the Owasso Animal Shelter. The event also hosts local veterinarians who volunteer their time to offer discounted veterinary services, such as, vaccinations, heartworm testing, and microchipping.
