The City of Owasso, Public Works Department will be closing East 5th Avenue South between Cedar Street and North Owasso Expressway (SEE MAP) from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 19,2016. This street closure is to accommodate the installation of new equipment at National Steak & Poultry.
