Online Registration Page

Online Alarm Registration is currently offline while we update our software management system.  You may register your alarm, or pay existing fee invoices as follows:

Registration:

By Mail

  1. Download the application form (Download Form), complete the form.  
  2. Attach the appropriate annual payment  ($30 for residential accounts and $100 for commercial accounts), in the form of a check or money order payable to "City of Owasso - False Alarm Reduction Program."
  3. Mail the application and payment to:  City of City of Owasso - False Alarm Reduction Program, PO Box 180, Owasso, OK 74055.

In Person

  1. In order to save time you may wish to download and complete the application form (Download Form) prior to coming to CIty Hall, but we also have the form available there as well.
  2. Come to Owasso City Hall at 200 South Main St, Owasso, OK 74055 and go to the Court Clerk window.  City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 11:30am.  City Hall is closed on holidays and weekends.

Payment of existing False Alarm and/or Fail to Register Fees:

By Mail

  1. Get the invoice number and amount from your bill.
  2. Attach the appropriate payment in the form of a check or money order payable to "City of Owasso - False Alarm Reduction Program."  Please put the invoice number on the check or money order so that your payment will be properly credited to you.
  3. Mail the application and payment to:  City of City of Owasso - False Alarm Reduction Program, PO Box 180, Owasso, OK 74055.  DO NOT MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO THE CLAREMORE ADDRESS LISTED FROM THE OLD SYSTEM.

In Person

  1. Locate your invoice.
  2. Come to Owasso City Hall at 200 South Main St, Owasso, OK 74055 and go to the Court Clerk window and present the invoice.  City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 11:30am.  City Hall is closed on holidays and weekends.
