To Avoid Service Disconnection

Contact our office no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cutoff date. Call 376-1520 or 376-1521 between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. You may use Visa or MasterCard to clear the balance due on your account.

For After Hours Reconnects:

Call 643-9068 , you will need to enter your contact number for the City of Owasso Service Representative to call prior to being dispatched. The Service Representative will not be dispatched unless payment in full plus a $25 reconnect fee (money order only) can be paid to the Service Representative subsequent to service being re-established .

It is unlawful to tamper with the City of Owasso ’s water meter or any related pipes and equipment. You may be subject to criminal or civil action or both should tampering occur.
