Parks Master Plan

The Owasso Parks Department provides a number of locations for your recreation:

• Ator Park
• Centennial Park
• Elm Creek Park
• Friendship Park
• Funtastic Island
• McCarty Park
• Owasso Sports Park
• Skate Park
• Rayola Park
• Veterans Park

Owasso citizens cooperated to build the Funtastic Island play park, the
largest community-built play park in the state.

NOTICE: The Splash Park and park restrooms are open for the season.

Regulations Concerning Park Usage:

USER MUST COMPLY WITH:

1. Specific rules and regulations posted in park areas.
2. City Ordinances
3. All trash must be cleaned up by users.
4. Users responsible for supervision of facility and user group.
5. User responsible for damages (facilities inspected.)
6. The User Permit is your authorization to use facility. Bring it with you.
7. No vehicles are allowed on grass or walking trails.
8. No beer or alcoholic beverages allowed.
9. For Sunday Rayola Shelter Reservations: Users must contact Parks Department, Mon. - Fri. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 371-7975, for a key to the restrooms located at the YMCA building.
10. Payments received for park reservations are non-refundable, but will reschedule.

A User Permit will be mailed or faxed to you.
