The Owasso Parks Department provides a number of locations for your recreation:

Spray Park @ Rayola Park
The Spray Park is scheduled to open on April 1, 2010 and be open until November 12, 2010. Hours of operation for the Spray Park are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM each day.
Park Reservations (click links)
Restrooms - Dates of Operation:
Restrooms at All City Parks are scheduled to open for the season on April 1, 2010 and will be open from day light to dark in order to better serve the community of Owasso. The restrooms are scheduled to close for the season on November 12, 2010.
Regulations Concerning Park Usage:
USER MUST COMPLY WITH:
- Specific rules and regulations posted in park areas.
- City Ordinances
- All trash must be cleaned up by users.
- Users responsible for supervision of facility and user group.
- User responsible for damages (facilities inspected.)
- The User Permit is your authorization to use facility. Bring it with
you.
- No vehicles are allowed on grass or walking trails.
- No beer or alcoholic beverages allowed.
*VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF PRIVILEGES.
- Payments received for park reservations are non-refundable, but will
reschedule.
A User Permit will be mailed or faxed to you upon receipt of payment.
