Final Plat – Burberry Place –  A request to review a final plat proposing eighty-nine (89) single-family residential lots, in four (4) blocks on approximately thirty (30) acres of land, on property located on the south side of East 106th Street North and a half a mile west of North 129th East Avenue.

 

  1. Site Plan – McDonalds – A request to review a site plan proposing a McDonalds Restaurant being 5,360 square feet in size on approximately 1.22 acres of land, on property located on the south side of East 76th Street North and situated between the Owasso Expressway and South Dogwood Street.
