Public Golf AuthorityAgendasThe Owasso City Council meets the first, second, and third Tuesday of each month. The first and third Tuesdays are Regular meetings of the Council and begin at 6:30pm . On the second Tuesday of each month, the Council holds a Special worksession meeting where city business is discussed; however no action is taken on any item. The City of Owasso is required to post agendas of public meetings at least 24 hours before each Regular scheduled meeting and 48 hours prior to each Special meeting.
